there is allot of debate over what is the best troops to use to farm a lever 10 npc..
to be honest it all depends on you and your hero... its different for everyone
i myself use:
94k archers
4k warriors
2k transporters
this works well with most heroes that are around 275-310attack
there are many other mixes of troops you could try to use for smaller heroes such as:
-- 1000 pikes, 1000 warriors, 1000 swordsmen, 95k archers
-- 5.8k archers lost
-- Attack hero -> 180
this seems to give good accurate results
resources:
- 19,000,000 food
- 600000 stone, iron and lumber
- 1500000 gold
